You may freely use and share the book you purchased — including publicly, for example on social media or your own website. You may read it, download it, and show it off as often as you like. The commercial rights (such as reselling the stories or illustrations) remain with us.

Yes, your child's safety is our highest priority. We use advanced filters and moderation techniques to ensure that all texts and illustrations generated by the AI are child-friendly and appropriate. Yes, you can! Once you have created a book, you can easily create a sequel from the book page. The characters, photos, and illustration style are automatically carried over. You simply choose a new theme and subject, and the AI writes a brand new story that subtly references the previous adventure. This way, you build your own book series step by step!

This is a legal obligation that we take seriously. You can of course create a new book with an original character — our AI creates beautiful unique characters!

Yes, you can, and it is completely free. In your digital bookshelf, you will find the 'Duplicate or translate book' button for each book you have created. This creates a new book with exactly the same illustrations. You have two options:

1. Identical copy (same language): useful if you want to edit the text or experiment, without losing your original book.
2. Translate into another language: the full text of the book is translated automatically. Ideal for a bilingual family or a gift in another language.

The new book will simply appear in your bookshelf, next to the original. You can edit it separately and also order a hardcover version of it. This makes it easy to order the same book in multiple languages.

Yes, absolutely. Your digital eBook is intended precisely as a proof version that you can adjust. Via the "edit book" option, you can change the text and illustrations as you wish.

Do this before you order the hardcover. Once a hardcover order has been placed and sent to the printer, no more adjustments can be made to that specific order.

It can happen that the AI makes unexpected choices. Via "edit book" you have two options: "Edit" adjusts details in the existing image (such as a color or piece of clothing) while keeping the rest the same. "Regenerate" creates a completely new image. The AI translates a photo into an artistic style, which is not always an exact copy. If you find the resemblance leaves something to be desired, you can edit the image to adjust details via "edit book", or regenerate the illustration for a completely new result. Your book stays in your bookshelf and you can keep editing it whenever you like: texts, illustrations, and fonts. If you open an older book, we first get it ready for you; that usually takes just a few minutes.

No, you edit your personalized book yourself via the editing options available in your account. Our platform is designed to give you full control over the adjustments to both the texts and the illustrations, so the final result is exactly as you wish. We do not offer a manual editing service by our team.

It is essential to remember that the AI creates an illustration for a children's book, not a realistic passport photo. The chosen artistic style (such as 'fairytale' or 'cartoon') means that the AI *simplifies* and *stylizes* features to fit the book.

The AI does not aim for photorealism. A shadow, the angle of the photo, or a facial expression can therefore be interpreted differently in the childlike style (for example, older or heavier). The magic lies in recognition within a fairytale context.

What you can do: If you find the artistic interpretation deviates too much, you can use the 'edit book' option to regenerate the illustration. The AI will then make a new attempt with the same photo.

Unfortunately, that is not possible. The audiobook feature can only be added during the ordering process, on the book page or in the shopping cart.

This is because an extra page with a QR code is physically printed in your book. After placing your order, the book is already in production and this page can no longer be added.

Any adjustments you make in your eBook (your digital proof version) after placing your order are NOT included in the already ordered physical book. No, for the digital eBook, a refund is unfortunately not possible. As soon as you order, your personal story is created right away, so the costs have already been incurred at that point. We maintain a low price for the eBook so that you can assess your book with a minimal investment.

Where can you find it?
Your eBook is ready in your account on our website. Log in at the top right with your email address and password. There you can view, download, and edit it directly, and optionally order the hardcover.

This is a normal part of professional printing and not a fault or quality issue.

Our illustrations are intentionally designed to extend beyond the page edge. In the printing industry, this is called "full bleed". During the printing and cutting of the pages, a standard trim margin of a few millimeters is applied. This ensures that no unwanted white borders appear along the edges of the pages.

As a result, a small part of the illustration may be trimmed at the top, bottom, or sides. The online version of your book shows slightly more of the illustration, as there is naturally no physical cutting process involved. This difference is the same for every professionally printed book and is inherent to the printing process.

Yes, this can occur and is inherent to the AI process used to create the coloring pages. When converting a colorful illustration into a coloring page, the AI must independently decide which parts become lines and which parts remain white. Sometimes certain areas may unintentionally remain dark or details may be interpreted differently. This is not a product defect but a characteristic of the technology. In practice, children color over these areas without any issues and fully enjoy their personalized coloring book.

That is unfortunate! Try the following steps:

1. Check your internet connection. The QR code needs an active internet connection to play the story.
2. Use the default camera app on your phone. Some third-party apps do not always recognize QR codes correctly.
3. Try a different browser if the page does not load properly (for example Chrome or Safari).
4. Try a different device to rule out that the issue is with your phone.

You can create an account while making your children's book. In the last step, you enter your name, email address, and password to register your account.

Your photos are used exclusively by our AI to create the characters in your book. We store them safely for as long as your account exists, so you can always edit your book or create a sequel. You can delete everything yourself at any time via your account. Your photos are never shared with third parties.

Forever. Your book stays in your bookshelf for as long as your account exists. You can view, edit, download, or order it as a hardcover whenever you like.

On your account page you can delete your account. Your details are then anonymized and we also permanently delete all your books, photos and audiobooks from all our systems. This cannot be undone.
